Before you commit to a fleet, see an AMR run your actual flows. We set up a working demo on your floor, against your routes and your load, so the business case rests on measured results, not a brochure.

What's included

  • A demo with a real AMR on your routes and your load
  • Scope and success criteria agreed up front
  • A sample integration with your WMS or ERP, or a standalone run
  • Measured results: throughput, cycle time, and operator impact
  • A go/no-go decision and a costed path to a rollout

What you get out of it

A go/no-go backed by numbers (throughput, cycle time, operator impact) and, if it fits, a costed plan to scale in waves. If AMRs are not the right fit, we say so.

Flow+ Ctrl: mission control for your floor

Flow+ Ctrl is our AMR orchestration platform. It sits between your WMS, WES, or ERP and the fleet managers that drive your robots: it takes transport orders, prioritises and queues them, dispatches each mission to the right fleet in the order you set, and coordinates PLC handovers along the way.

How it works

  • Takes transport orders from your WMS, WES, or ERP
  • Creates transport orders on command, or triggers them automatically on events
  • Queues and prioritises them in the order you set
  • Matches each order to a capable robot group and dispatches the mission to its fleet manager
  • Coordinates PLC handovers over OPC UA
  • Reports status back and surfaces exceptions to operators

How we deliver it

We configure Flow+ Ctrl for your floor and integrate it with your systems. You own the running system on your own infrastructure. No vendor cloud.

8 to 100 hours, with volume discounts. Use them for tuning, expansion, integration work, or training.

We are vendor-independent, so we can deploy any AMR brand and pick the type that fits each project best. We partner with ABB, MiR, Industrial Cobotics, Punch Solutions, Nord Modules, Robotic Innovations, Synaos, Hikrobot, and Zimmer Miles, and stay open to any other brand.

WMS and ERP systems we integrate with

Our software is open and flexible, so it integrates with virtually any WMS or ERP. If your system can exchange data over a standard interface, we connect to it.

Fixed automation we orchestrate alongside

Conveyors, palletizers, workstations, packing lines, industrial robots. Flow+ Ctrl coordinates PLC handovers so the AMRs work with the rest of your floor, not in isolation from it.
