Vendor-independent AMR integration

AMRs at the heart of your intralogistics

Flow+ is the AMR-first integrator for EU manufacturers and distribution centres. We design the floor around the fleet, stay vendor-independent on the hardware, and keep it running for years after go-live.

Most integrators treat AMRs as an add-on: we start here

Conveyors, shuttles, and fixed automation have their place. But when intralogistics is your bottleneck, the AMR fleet should be the orchestration backbone, not an add-on bolted onto someone else's project.

We design the floor around the fleet. That keeps the layout simple, removes points of failure, and makes the floor safer, with fewer forklifts and manual moves crossing your operators' paths.

And it grows with you. Start with the fleet you need today, then add robots as volumes rise. Expanding later is easy, with no rebuild. No oversized investment on day one; a steady ramp-up that tracks your growth.

Unbiased robotics: the right match for every task

We're vendor-independent. We recommend the AMR that genuinely fits your floor, across any brand or fleet manager, rather than the one we happen to sell. Hardware margin doesn't drive our recommendation. Operational fit does.

Flow+ Ctrl orchestrates the floor, not just the robots

Flow+ Ctrl is our AMR orchestration platform. It takes transport orders from your WMS or ERP, prioritises them, and dispatches each mission to the fleet managers that drive the robots, coordinating PLC handovers along the way. It runs on your own infrastructure: flexible, expandable, and yours to run.

Proven on real fleet deployments

Across multiple large deployments for demanding customers, we've run mixed fleets (different robots, different jobs) working together in one smooth operation. The fleet conflicts, exception handling, and back-end integration that surface at scale: we've already worked through them.

What an AMR fleet delivers on your floor

Safer floors

Higher throughput

Less manual transport

Flexible material flow

Fewer bottlenecks

Easy to expand, no rebuild

Sectors we serve

Distribution / 3PL

Distribution & warehousing

Pick, transport, replenish at scale. We design fleets for distribution centres and 3PLs where labour pressure meets throughput ceilings.

The process

  1. STEP 01

    Analysis

    On-site walkthrough, product-flow mapping, WMS/ERP review.

  2. STEP 02

    Concept

Fleet sizing, robot selection, periphery scoping, pricing.

  3. STEP 03

    Build

Flow+ Ctrl configured, integration developed, robots commissioned.

  4. STEP 04

    Go-live

Cutover in a low-traffic window, operators trained, minimal downtime and production loss.

  5. STEP 05

    Operate

SLA support, easy to maintain, excellent support.
