PLAN A CALLA 5-step methodology refined across multiple AMR deployments, delivered with minimal production interference.
Most AMR projects underestimate the cost of disruption: lost shifts, missed orders, operator confusion during go-live. We build the entire methodology around avoiding that cost: phased waves, low-traffic cutover windows, dry-runs before live cutover.
Typically 2–4 weeks
On-site walkthrough. Product flow mapping. WMS/ERP review. We collect data on order patterns, peak windows, and your existing automation. Output: a written assessment with rough scope and ballpark range.
Deliverable Operational assessment + indicative scope
Typically 2–3 weeks
Fleet sizing. Vendor selection. WMS/ERP integration architecture. Wave deployment plan. Pricing. Reviewed first with your engineering team, then with operations leadership.
Deliverable Detailed concept proposal: fleet, software, integration, phasing, pricing
Typically 8–16 weeks
Flow+ Ctrl configuration against the agreed scope. WMS/ERP integration development. Robot procurement and pre-deployment commissioning.
Deliverable Validated system, ready for wave 1
One cutover window per wave, typically 2–4 waves
Cutover in a low-traffic window, over a weekend if you want minimal downtime (optional). Operator training in the days before. Our team is on-site during go-live and on standby for an agreed period afterwards. We always keep a backup plan in place, so your operation keeps running in all situations. Production resumes on the new system, or we roll back before the next shift.
Deliverable Live fleet, production running, operators trained
Continuous, for as long as you want us
SLA support tier of your choice. On-call team on Tier 1. Service-hour packs for expansion, tuning, or new integrations as your operation evolves.
Deliverable An AMR fleet that grows with your operation
Optional weekend windows, dry-runs.
A backup plan for operations, so production keeps running if the fleet is down or during maintenance and updates.
Flow+ Ctrl runs on your infrastructure, with full documentation.
What we cover, what we don't, what it costs. Before you sign.
We'll run a ROI analysis on your floor (pick rates, shift costs, downtime exposure) and tell you what the fleet would realistically deliver.
